Individual Counselling

Counselling is a form of talk therapy that offers a safe and confidential space for clients to explore their issues and concerns. Counselling may help you gain a better understanding of your feelings and thought processes while helping you find solutions to your daily challenges or problem. Counselling covers various topics such as anxiety, depression, trauma, navigating through life transitions, grief and bereavement.

Sessions are provided by a warranted counsellor and may be held face to face or online.

Corporate Counselling

Corporate Counselling is offered to organisations as part of their Employee Support Programs. We work closely with management to assist organisations in creating and promoting a culture of care within the workplace. Counselling assists employees through periods where their personal or work-related problems are adversely affecting their satisfaction at work or their performance on the job. Counselling is confidential and typical themes include stress, cultural issues or adjusting to a new country, family issues, anxiety, depression, grief and bereavement.
